Call Center Experience (Cisco) 2+ years of experience analyzing Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts to assess team performance. 1+ years of experience in wholesale distribution or supply chain management. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent certification. Experience collaborating with UX teams or knowledge of user-centered design principles. Artificial Intelligence knowledge Experience utilizing Jira Job Summary Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs moderately complex software applications for enhancements and new products.
