What We're Looking For Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail Requirements BS or MS degree in a life science field or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or similar environment Experience supervising, leading, training, or mentoring employees Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with an ERP system Experience with buffer preparation, reagent manufacturing, chemical handling, or laboratory operations Experience driving process improvements or operational efficiencies Why Join Us?
